Meet our Team

Together, our hygienists have years of experience. They continually take education courses to allow them to provide the latest and best periodontal care for you. We at Dr. Steinke and Dr. Caruso's office have conducted two studies showing that our patients have highly significant increase in gum health than the average dental practice. We combine meticulous care to detail in cleaning the root surfaces of the teeth with industry-leading techniques for comfortable, efficient home care.

Dona
Dona - Dental Hygienist Dona and her family live in Dover-Foxcroft. She is pleased and honored to be working for two doctors that believe in and practice total patient care. She is a registered dental hygienist, and also works as a hygiene coordinator. Anne
Anne - Dental Hygienist Anne has been with Dr. Steinke since he came to Dover-Foxcroft in 1986, and is the manager of the hygiene department. She has one grown son, Nelson, and on her time off she enjoys her horses, hiking, and farming. Debbie
Debbie - Dental Hygienist Welcome to our friendly office. I have been a member of Dr. Seinke and Dr. Caruso's team for 24 years. It is my pleasure to be able to serve our patients. I live in Guilford, a mere 5 miles from work. In my spare time, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, photography, music, reading, and believe it or not-mowing my lawn. I always look forward to seeing all my "old" patients, and enjoy meeting all the "new" patients that choose our office as their dental healthcare provider. Remember, a healthy smile is a beautiful smile. Kerry
Kerry Stone - Certified Dental Assistant Kerry is a Dover-Foxcroft native and graduate of Foxcroft Academy. After many years away she returned to D-F to make her home. She enjoys sitting chairside with Dr. Steinke and Dr. Caruso, assisting them with all procedures from orthodontics, fillings and implants to oral surgery and everything in between. In her time away from the office she enjoys traveling and being with her family. She has worked for Dr. Steinke and Dr. Caruso since September 2004.

Jolene
Jolene Cox - Dental Hygenist Jolene grew up in Kenduskeag and graduated from Central High class of 2000. She went on to get her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at the Bangor campus of U.M.A. She has been with Dr. Steinke and Dr. Caruso since January 2005 and is very happy to be part of the team. In June 2010, Jolene & her husband, Dan, welcomed their first child, a beautiful baby girl named Callie Faith. Donna
Donna - Financial Coordinator Donna grew up and lives in Charleston with her husband Kevin. She has 2 grown sons, 5 grown stepchildren, 7 grandchildren, and a Bichon named Sally. She comes with a background in insurance and also attended medical radiography school. She and Kevin enjoy spending time with their antique vehicles, fishing, and their family (especially the grandkids!). She is excited to be working in such a positive, family oriented practice. Darcy
Darcy - Dental Hygenist Darcy was a graduate of the U.M.A. Dental Hygiene program in May 2006. She grew up in the Dover-Foxcroft area and is a graduate of FA class of 2002. She says she feels privileged to work in the community in which she grew up and to be part of the Steinke & Caruso team.

Ann
Ann - Sterilization Technician Ann is living in Dover-Foxcroft with her husband Jay. She has 2 daughters age 13 & 17 and a cat who runs the house. She enjoys reading, going to the beach and spending time with family. Brenda
Brenda M. - Patient Care Advocate Brenda joined the Steinke Caruso Team, in June of 2010. Previously, Brenda worked as an Optician in Bangor. She is enjoying the 2 minute commute rather than 2 hours daily. She is here to discuss any concerns that patients may have, going over treatment plans, insurance estimates, scheduling and any other concerns patients may have. Customer care and customer service is of utmost importance to her, and she will go to great lengths to “do the right thing”. Megan
Megan Taylor - Dental Assistant Megan is a Foxcroft Academy graduate and a recent graduate of the UMA Dental Assistang program. She lives in D-F with her husband and son. She is excited to start her dental career in the town where she grew up. She enjoys time outdoors with her family and is a member of the D-F Fire Dept Ladies Auxillary.
