Meet our Team

Together, our hygienists have years of experience. They continually take education courses to allow them to provide the latest and best periodontal care for you. We at Dr. Steinke and Dr. Caruso's office have conducted two studies showing that our patients have highly significant increase in gum health than the average dental practice. We combine meticulous care to detail in cleaning the root surfaces of the teeth with industry-leading techniques for comfortable, efficient home care.

Dona
Dona - Dental Hygienist Dona and her family live in Dover-Foxcroft. She is pleased and honored to be working for two doctors that believe in and practice total patient care. She is a registered dental hygienist, and also works as a hygiene assistant. Anne
Anne - Dental Hygienist Anne has been with Dr. Steinke since he came to Dover-Foxcroft in 1986, and is the manager of the hygiene department. She has one grown son, Nelson, and on her time off she enjoys her horses, hiking, and farming. Debbie
Debbie - Dental Hygienist Debbie has been with Dr. Steinke since he came to Dover-Foxcroft in 1986. She lives in Guilford with her two cats, Frick and Frack. She has been a hygienist for over 23 years (starting at the age of 5!). She really enjoys getting to know her regular patients and looks forward to meeting any new patients who may join the practice. Brenda
Brenda - Scheduling Coordinator Brenda has been with the office for 7 years. She is usually the first person you see when you enter the office, and coordinates the schedule for both doctors. She is from Dover-Foxcroft, and has two sons, Gabe and Brad.

Deanna - Patient Advocate Deanna was born and raised in the area, graduating from Penquis Vally High School. She is a licensed nurse who worked for many years in area medical practices before joining our team 2 years ago. She enjoys going camping, reading and her new favoriate 'hobby' working as a website administrator.
Deanna's role is the office is helping the patients recieve any and all treatment they need or desire. She really enjoys assisting the patients with many aspects of their care, whether helping with financial arrangements, answering questions or coordinating care. She loves to help "make smiles happen!'
Jolene
Jolene Cox - Dental Hygenist Jolene grew up in Kenduskeag and graduated from Central High class of 2000. She went on to get her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at the Bangor campus of U.M.A. She has been with Dr. Steinke and Dr. Caruso since January 2005 and is very happy to be part of the team. Jean Smith - Certified Dental Assistant Jean is a certified Dental Assistant. She graduated from the Bangor Dental Hygiene school U.M.O. in 1995. I have been with the practice since 1996. She says she is proud to be part of a caring, dedicated and well educated team. Dr. Steinke and Dr. Caruso and our entire team are here to serve you with the very best in dentistry. Kerry
Kerry Stone - Certified Dental Assistant Kerry is a Dover-Foxcroft native and a graduate of Foxcroft Academy. After many years away she returned to Dover to make her home. She and her partner, Jeff, enjoy fishing, skiing and staying home with their dog, 2 cats and their backyard chickens. She has worked for Dr. Steinke and Dr. Caruso since September 2004.

Terry Weeks - Financial Coordinator Terry has been with the practice for 15 years and enjoys her job and working with the public. She has watched many young people grow up in the practice and says it is a pleasure to see the wonderful young adults they have become and makes her feel good to know that she has helped to send them out into the world with a good dental IQ. She also enjoys seeing the new faces as they come in to visit us. She would also like to remind everyone to be sure to bring in your insurance cards when you come for a visit. Darcy
Darcy - Dental Hygenist Darcy was a graduate of the U.M.A. Dental Hygiene program in May 2006. She grew up in the Dover-Foxcroft area and is a graduate of FA class of 2002. She says she feels privileged to work in the community in which she grew up and to be part of the Steinke & Caruso team. Ann
Ann - Sterilization Technician Ann is living in Dover-Foxcroft with her husband Jay. She has 2 daughters age 13 & 17 and a cat who runs the house. She enjoys reading, going to the beach and spending time with family.
